Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Gives you the benefit of CBT without months on a waiting list, the embarrassment of talking to a strange therapist, or indeed the bother of leaving the house. I cannot stress enough how CBT has helped me become a better, happier person. I believe everyone could benefit from taking a look at their thought processes.

Life is actually... good...
I burst into tears today because I realised that this has been the first time I have looked at my life and liked where it is going. I am stable on my medication. I have an awesome boyfriend. I have a job. I am able to study. I have climbed out of the Depression hole and exercise daily, and have become considerably more toned and am slowly losing weight. I have the best parents you could ask...
